Can I return or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest to request a cancellation or modification.

How long will it take to process my return?

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 1-3 business days at no extra cost.
  • The product is usually received at our facility within 6-7 days.
  • After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 working days, provided all return conditions are met.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative or a refund.
  • The entire process usually takes 10-15 business days.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

  • Domestic Orders: 5-7 working days
  • International Orders: 10-15 working days

Do you offer product customization?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customization services at this time.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, bulk orders can be placed by reaching out to our Customer Care Team.

How do I track my order?

What is the refund process after returning a product?

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the bank account details provided at the time of the refund request.

How do I return a product?

  • You can request a return within 5 days of delivery by selecting "Return" at the bottom of the page.
  • Once your request is submitted, we will schedule a pickup for the return.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund accordingly.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

We offer free shipping across India.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

To request a return, click on "Return", upload an image of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, and we will schedule a pickup.

After evaluating the returned item, the refund will be processed.

Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can modify your shipping address only if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
