Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order in real time.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders across India.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
- Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Prepaid Orders
- Orders paid via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI are processed faster as they do not require phone verification.
- We recommend prepaid payment methods for quicker processing and a seamless checkout experience.
Delivery Attempts & Unserviceable Areas
- Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
- If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund (please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable).
- In rare cases, certain pincodes may be unserviceable. If your pincode falls under this category, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
