Refund policy

We are committed to making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these terms.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be placed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • All items are eligible for return except:
    • Mystery Products
    • Gift Cards
    • Customised Products
  • The product must meet the following conditions:
    • Returned in its original packaging
    • Unused and undamaged
    • Includes original tags
  • Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. How to Request a Return

You can place a return request via:

3. Refund Process

a) Return & Refund

  • Once your return request is confirmed, a pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 business days at an additional cost.
    The returned product usually reaches us within 6–7 days.
  • After inspection, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days via either:
    Your original payment method, or
    The bank account details provided at the time of the refund request.

    Please note: A deduction of ₹100 will be applied to all returns before processing the refund.

The entire return & refund process typically takes 10–15 business days.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product during transit
  • A manufacturing defect
  • A wrong item

We will replace it free of charge if the request is made within the stipulated time.

Please reach out to us at the provided email address with clear images of the product. Replacements will only be processed after the issue is reviewed and approved by our team.


5. Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to:

Self-Shipping Guidelines:

  • Ship within 5 days of raising the request via a reliable courier service.
  • Mention your Order Number & Return ID on a piece of paper inside the package.
  • Share courier details via email at tag7plus@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-93551 77800.
  • Returns shipped after 5 days of raising the request will not be accepted.

We will send a confirmation email once we receive the product at our warehouse.
